Auntie Anna
As a single-mother raising a child, it's not very easy—to break the boredom of her everyday routine, Anna inspires herself to serve childhood family-favourite dishes within her community. She strived to eventually open her very own restaurant. Anna had a dream and she was determined to achieve it.
After some time, Anna achieved her dream and opened a take-out restaurant. Her Vietnamese take on favourite Asian cuisine is inspired by what she greatly enjoys and what she is familiar with.
